The two-day summit was a platform for an exceptional lineup of internationally acclaimed speakers, insightful panel discussions for participants, hands-on workshops for startups, pitches of promising startups from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Albania and North Macedonia and exclusive networking opportunities.

With over 200 hand-picked participants, the Business Angel Summit offered a unique platform to connect, share insights and cultivate new investments. Known for its focused and collaborative atmosphere, the summit played a key role in shaping the region's startup landscape, backed up by the previous editions that have helped pre-seed and seed startups secure valuable investments and achieve significant milestones.

Alongside networking, engaging discussions and keynote presentations from notable experts such as Maria Carolina Romero (Early Stage Investing Expert & Angel Investor), Maaike Doyer (Serial Entrepreneur, Angel Investor, and Founder of Epic Angels, the world's largest female investor network focusing on APAC innovation), Berthold Baurek Karlic (President of the European Super Angel Club, Austrian Business Angel 2023 & Initiator of World Venture Forum), Saša Popović (Investor and Founder & CEO of VegaIT), Marvin Liao (Partner at Diaspora Ventures), and many others, the Summit provided platform for regional startups with the variety of workshops tailored for their growth and development.

An integral part of the summit was the pitch competition of nine startup teams from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro and North Macedonia, and the three best startups: Colsia, Emhance and TrueAid, according to the assessment of investors and the audience, were given the opportunity for further facilitation and consulting through a guided program with experienced investors. Before the actual presentation of their business ideas at this year's Summit, the selected startups had a series of intensive months-long preparations with Maria Carolina Romero, investor and investment advisor, Miloš Matić, Partner in Omorika Ventures, Jurgen Burks, startup consultant and Peter Bruner, serial entrepreneur and pitch coach.

The Business Angel Summit was organized by Foundation 787, a leading organization dedicated to the development and promotion of entrepreneurship and startup culture in Bosnia and Herzegovina, celebrating a decade of advancing the country's startup ecosystem, alongside BHBAN, the country’s first and only business angel network.

The Partner of the third edition of The Business Angel Summit was Government of Switzerland.
