The overall goal of the Healthy Communities in BiH project is to contribute to a reduced burden of disease and improved health status for women and men in BiH, by strengthening the focus of the health system on disease prevention and the promotion of healthy lifestyles.
By addressing the health risk factors, mental health and sexual and reproductive health promotion and prevention, the project will ensure that sustainable and improved health promotion and disease prevention services are accessible to all, especially disadvantaged and socially excluded populations.
Overall, the project’s activities are prioritizing the needs of vulnerable and socially excluded groups of the population – leaving no one behind.
