Support to the Border Police
The project aims to develop standards for the technical equipment used by the Border Police of BIH (BP BIH), and systematization into organizational units, in order to enhance the efficiency of the BP BIH performance.
The Project aims to create standards for the technical equipment used by the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BP BIH), and its systematization into organizational units and individual work posts, thus realising some of its commitments in fulfilling the national strategies and action plans related to border security, as well as the commitments in adopting the EU acquis in the area that falls under Chapter 24 of the negotiation process.
Centralized standards and systematization create conditions that enable more systematic and rational acquisition, distribution, maintenance, replacement, training for use and, as a result, greater success and efficiency of the Border Police in its performance of border control.
